eastern and western approaches to meditation.

to access you inner guidance and support in areas of health, relationships,
career, forgiveness, and personal power.
- How
to use meditation to attain inner peace and a sense of fulfillment.

the class, each participant will have a clear understanding of the various
forms of meditation, discover what works best for them, and create a
strong foundation for expanding their spiritual practice.
