Sessions range from 1 hr –1 1/2hr - 2hr format, depending on the type of session. You can email Michele Meiché or call for further information. Personal programs are individually tailored. The inner work is client centered to insure that the needs, wants and personal direction of the individual are addressed.

Spiritual Development, Integration and
Soul Alignment Apprentice Program A
spiritual mentoring and coaching program.

Plan 1 - Two 1/2 hr phone sessions per month (every 2 weeks) + handouts and individual spiritual development inner work on one's own time and bi-weekly updates by email to check in on evolvement, questions, concerns and focusing or refocusing as needed individually.

Plan 2 - One 1 hr phone session per month with the email support + handouts, -the same as above the commitment is 3, 6, or 9 mos. then we
re-commit depending on the level one wants to go. (first session includes personal evaluation/alignment session) to evaluate and see what one's needs and wants are and to tune in psychically through channeled guidance to see what is needed and the direction to start as well as what is needed on a soul level. this session, also looks at what is coming up and how to best structure one's energy, focus and awareness.

Plan 3 - Two 1 hr. phone sessions per month (every 2 wks) same protocol as plan1 & 2 The commitment is 3, 6, or 9 mos. then we re-commit depending on the level one wants to go. The program format is to assist you to manifest your destiny and live your soul's purpose. Some areas of focus will be meditation, intuition development, chakra alignment and balancing, esoteric wisdom, metaphysical principles and the practical integration of these and other principles and teachings. A key component of the program is self development and emotionally clearing with re-patterning. It will be a tiered approach with a balance of theory and practical application. I will be there to assist, coach, guide and walk with you on your life path. Sometimes it just helps to know someone is there on a regular basis. Each program is individually tailored to the person's needs and level.
